I am a chef, communicator, and influencer, an Emmy Award winner, and the host of “En la Cocina con Madelaine Jordan” on Telemundo 44.

Inspired by my father and passionate about gastronomy since age seven, I specialize in Peruvian cuisine and personalized themed food table decoration concepts.

I believe food is more than a meal—it’s an experience. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Peru, I bring authentic dishes infused with warmth, culture, and tradition.
